ALL Barber coins from before 1896 are generally scarce in original AU or better grades. I bought this coin in the Legend Auction back in 2016 and I would have paid even more to win the lot. 1894 quarters are brutally tough in MS65 or better and NOT DIPPED. Most have been dipped. Not this rare conditional 1894 Barber! Superb color and nearly mark free, this looks like it was found in the crack in the boards of grandmas dresser where it layed undisturbed until a lucky finder saw its splender. Rich lustrous surfaces and wonderful colors make this a great VALUE. I wont be able to find another when its gone, so hurry!
